UX design is my main class, systems thinking is my subclass. I'm Jen Howard — a senior designer with over 10 years of experience translating complex ideas into intuitive, scalable experiences. I've been a designer at Thermo Fisher, built concept tools before the market was ready for them, and always design with curiosity, clarity, and the end user in mind.

I like hard problems, weird ideas, and projects with heart. Bonus points if I get to prototype something unexpected.
